Is it just me and my equipment, or is Kippure off at the moment?

    MJ

    **Edit**
It would appear that Kippure DTT is offline and that it is not my equipment at fault.

It was off this afternoon for a while too, then back on again around 4ish.

Yeah...Kippure is off again. Just did an automatic scan in case RTENL had changed frequencies but no joy.

Oh dear, I'll miss the Late Late Show......have to go to the pub instead :-)

Thanks - I was too embarrassed to ask as I couldn't swear I hadn't done something odd, and wasn't 100% sure if I was receiving from Kippure or Three Rock. I'll now assume that I'm receiving from Kippure :)

my signal gone also had thought it was three rock i was receiving from but must be Kippure did a rescan today still nothing

Both Kippure and Three Rock are using a SFN, both on the same channel 54. When Kippure is off overlap areas may get a weak Three Rock and vice versa.

I'm due west of Kippure and blocked from Three Rock by Wicklow and Dublin mountains...so if Kippure goes off I get zip :-(

Just to update, Kippure is back online and has added in 6 extra RTE radio channels:

    RTE Radio 1 Extra
    RTE Pulse
    RTE 2XM
    RTE Choice
    RTE Gold
    RTE Chill/Junior

Was watching it last night and this afternoon - can't say I noticed anything odd.
