Paddy Power - PayPal Problem

    Alright lads?

I've recently won some money on the Paddy Power website, and want to withdraw this to my PayPal account. I couldn't find any way of doing this even when I was on the withdraw screen on the website.

I went onto Live Help, only to be told that I can't set-up a PayPal withdrawl method until my account hits €0.00  Surely this can't be correct?

I know there's other ways of withdrawing, but PayPal is my preferred method, so why shouldn't I be allowed to withdraw my money via PayPal?

i deposited through the office into online years ago and then linked a paypal to the a/c and withdrew later on, unless its changed you should be able to link it through paypal?

unless you have unsettled bets.. i.e pending bets on, then they won't allow you link a new paypal a/c

best getting onto the live help on the site rather than here anyway.

Anyone any idea of the withdrawal time from PP to paypal? I recently changed from card to paypal on my account, withdrew a few hundred a couple of hours ago, which are no longer on my PP account, and which have not yet hit my paypal a/c.

I know there's probably a day's delay or something, i'm not panicking, just curious what the standard wait is as I'm looking to book something online with the funds.

Usually takes about 12 hours for me, Paypal are based in Dublin so it's cheap to ring them if you've any problem anyway.

I'd say the best way would be go into the shop and withdraw money if you can get into a shop.

What happens if you deposit with a Credit Card that you no longer use? How do you withdraw then?

    hi

if you have deposited with a card thats expired or cancelled you can simply log onto live help on the paddy power website.

They will ask you a series of security questions. They can then remove that expired card and add another payment method.

Alternatively you can simply update your card details by logging into your paddy power account , updating your card details or choose an alternative payment method.

With regard to withdrawing freebets (saw it in an earlier post) , this is not possible. The freebet must be wagered however winnings from that wager can be withdrawn.

I've also noticed that my Mastercard (euro) will not allow me to withdraw. I found out that is a limitation of Mastercard and not paddy power. You can simply ask for a cheque or change your payment method to a different one.
