Heading down to West Cork for the weekend but have no accommodation booked yet.
Looking at The hotel West Cork and a few others.

    Any recommendations or experiences?
What about this Schull accommodation ? Happy to do hotel or B&B accommodation. Anyone know of Good B&B's down that way?

I`ve stayed at Caseys Baltmore, great spot right just outside the town/village. My favourite of the hotels in west cork that I`ve stayed in.

Is the Inchydoney island one very expensive?

The Celtic Ross Hotel in Rosscarbery is nice, but may not be far enough west for you.

I often stay in the Maritime Hotel in Bantry. Ask for an upgrade to a Suite.

Inchydoney is nice but fairly pricey and I only stayed there once. Boss cracked up.

The Maritime is very well priced for the quality of the Hotel.
Anyone who stayed there has been impressed with the place.

The only problem is Bantry itself. Its only suitable for one night and then head onwards towards Cahersiveen and the Beara Peninsula.

The Maritime is owned by the same owners as the Brehon and Gleneagle in Killarney.
