Hey guys, did anyone else in Ireland like this game? I thought it was amazing. Lovely graphics and all that. I've never heard of anyone else from Ireland who likes this game....or even has it! Can't wait for Ókamiden!

It's a great game alright, only played it on the PS2. The visuals are just astonishing, some of the best art design in gaming history. I also love how Japanese it is, embracing the culture and history of the country. I think the gameplay gets a bit repetitive near the end, and it feels a bit stretched out over the extended running time. Hopefully the sequel will be more focused because it's handheld, and a DS stylus is a perfect match to this game.

Okami is one of my favorite games of all time. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is great. The only part I didn't like was the end. The last area and the final boss weren't as good as the rest of the game.

I can see where yous are saying it got repetitive. I loved the way you
thought the game was going to end but it was only half-way through when you beat Orochi the first time!
Though, i did have it spoiled for me :(
Beating Orochi for the second time wasn't much harder than the first time though
    :(

Big fan. However, all this talk made me want to play it again and I've just been to my games cupboard and it ain't there! I must've sold it on trade in or something. Damn it, now I really wanna play it. :(

played it a few years ago, great music, some of the best game visuals ever and gameplay was zelda-like enough for us nintendo-heads! didn't like the way
you had to fight some of the bosses over and over again
but no wonder it got IGN's game of the year in 2006
