    Hi all,

As above - A company in the UK have taken the absolute pi$$ delivering a product ordered 25 days ago (I received shipping confirmation on the day).

What is the procedure when an post deliver it? Do I refuse to take it at the door and it get's returned to sender, I get refunded minus shipping cost... Or do I take it and post it back myself??

    Thanks in advance,

    C

Take it and send it back to them. You have 7 days from date of delivery to do that. Make sure you let them know first though, they may need you to attach an RMA number.
