There was cyborg Movie from the very late 80's or early 90's
I think the storyline was along the lines of Mann and Machine with Yancy Butler. (Which I would also love to have on DVD)

It was about some women in some accident or she may have been shot
and of course she is made into a cyborg of course by some government agency who wanted her to be an assassin. Remember her dressed up in a nice tight catsuit like thing and going upto some warehouse with a gun etc
and of course there was a love interest cop good guy type dude and the dabble of what parts were human and could she make love cheese.

the only thing I can think of that comes close with her is Witchblade, but I dont think thats it
