Yes - Unless for structural reasons you cannot.

However, they look naff on Transits and Hiaces.

On a Puma without aircon hence the windows need to be down a good bit in this weather just a bit freaked that they would look manky..

I got mine from micks garage and think they look well. Main reason was to stop all the rain coming in.

Aye. Going to be looking in scrapyards for a windscreen washer motor soon, and was wondering how hard are they to take off (a scrapped car)/put on (my) Honda Civic Saloon?

I find windows perfect for that :D

Click my sig and check point number 2 under the heading 'The art of 'felt' :D

They are definately not felt spec. Exterior modifications can be iffy but these actually serve a purpose.

Unlike coloured wiper blades, bee sting areials, bonnet scoops etc etc.

The deflectors actually deflect the wind so you can have your window open when it is raining and the rain will not come in. Handy if you do not have air con and you need to expel some air in the rain otherwise the windows become fogged up.

Handy if you smoke as well because you can get rid of the ash without it jumping back into the car p*ssing you off.

Only if you drive a Toyota Avensis with towbar, broken plastic hubcaps and assorted scrapes and dents. "Air conditioning? What would I want that for? Sure can't i open me window?".

To be fair theyre hardly an asthetically pleasing addition to any car!

I have them on my Integra, its the first time Ive ever had them on a car and Im now wondering how I lived without them. Its a rather nice experience to be able to open the window when its raining and not get soaked!

Who are you going to believe?

The people who employ highly qualified engineers to design and build their cars OR a couple of guys who makes plastic trim in a shed.

Ehh because the pumas without air con are quiet stuffy so the windows need to be down a fair amount of the time, while keeping the passenger window down it creates a lot of turbulence around the cabin, so hoping the deflectors will solve this..

surely if you keep the vents open and the fan running the stale air will be extracted through the rear vents automatically with the windows shut....even my Cortina does this!

    So what?

Even if size mattered(;)), you'd expect the big car to have worse ventilation, not the other way around.

Plenty of ventilation in a Cortina, sure the doors are at least an inch from the body no need to open the windows at all.

As for more room will you get a grip.

I know. Those pesky NCAP ratings, ABS brakes, airbags and crumple zones are a pain in the ring. :pac:

    You don't say.

Maybe you should read the manual then - it might show you where the air reticulation system is and how to operate it.

Put your wind deflectors on your little Puma - I don't give two farts what you do with your car.

But saying that a Puma has poor ventilation because it's small and black and that it therefor somehow justifies the need for wind deflectors is a load of rubbish. Quit the smart @$$ one liners - it doesn't cut it - "do the maths" (your own words) and provide us with some facts then please.
