Cooking and Freezing

    hey im not a huge cooker , but trying to be healthy and cut the processed crap out

    id like to make a big spag bol and eat 1 portion of it and freeze 2 or 3 others so i can take em to work

    when do i take em out of the freezer ???

    would it be the same if i cook any foods ??? ie just freeze them and take them out when i want them , or is their foods u shouldnt freeze ??

    For best results, take them out of the freezer the night before and leave them in your fridge. Or if you forget, in the microwave. If they're not in tin foil containers.
