Disabled Parking Permit

Hope this is in the right place
My Wife Aunty is 88 and very infirm and has to be driven everywhere Doctors Hospital etc etc can we apply for a Disabled parking permit Many Thanks in advance

I know quite a few people who have cards in very similar circumstances but I'm not sure if they have tightened up on who is able to get the card now as they seemed to have given them out too easily before.

sure give them a call and see might be best?

My own mother has one - if she wants to go somewhere i prefer to drop her at the door or park in disabled parking just while she is getting out/in and then find parking elsewhere freeing the disabled parking for someone who has a wheelchair (usually these spaces are wider for wheelchar access) or requires it more.
