DBS - Social Science Book List

Ola all, Im heading back to college in sept after 7 years! So im looking to get a head start..
If there is anyone on here that was doing Social Science in DBS last year or this year that knows some of the books or has in their hands the booklist for the year, can you PLEASE let me know THANKS IN ADVANCE

Either of these are invaluable to have for a social science course as they cover in some detail all the major topics you may do. If you check your student handbook you might find a book list on it too.

Slightly off topic: Download Open Office www.openoffice.org - it will allow you create/edit Microsoft Office documents. You might need it in college.

I cant open it either but figured it was my computer. I know someone doing the social science course there.

Its well worth checking out for books for your own reference, I got loads of text books from them over the past few years. For 2 books or more its free P&P

Hey, nope not from spain, I always just sat Ola :P

So another question, I've found out that the DBS social science degree isnt on the approved list of primary degrees from the teaching council of ireland, nor are DBS currently running hte evening arts degree...
Can anyone shed some light on where to go with the social science degree in relation to getting into teaching...
