    Hi,

My wife and I are bringing our 2 year old to Portugal and are flying with Ryanair.

we'll need to bring snacks and drinks for her or she'll scream the place out of it. Can someone tell me how they managed to bring snacks and drinks on board (in light of the restrictions) please.

Any other tips on how to make the trip more comfortable for all concerned?

Any advice would be very welcome....

    Boobar

    Snacks aren't a problem.

You can buy drinks after the security check at the airport or on board. I imagine water, minerals and some fruit juices should be available, not sure about milk or yoghurt drinks. I suppose bring an empty beaker with you and you can add to that as necessary. One option might be to bring some undiluted Robinsons or similar in the beaker and add bottled water.

There is no absolute prohibition on bringing liquids, you just need to justify it if its over the 5 x 100mls. Having a toddler with you might be suitable justification.
