Scorsese wants Pacino and De Niro for Sinatra Biopic

According to Empire Scorsese wants Pacino to play Sinatra and De Niro to play Dean Martin in his upcoming Sinatra Biopic.

I find this quite odd - I never would've thought of Pacino suitable to play Sinatra - I was under the impression Di Caprio was lined up for this? I presume Pacino would be playing him in his later life then? Although it seems odd, the fact that Pacino may finally be in a Scorsese film, and even better alongside De Niro is too good to be true. I have always said had Scorsese directed 'Rightious Kill' it would've turned out amazing instead of the huge dissapointment it was. What does everyone think about this news?

Well it says it's more of a wishlist, so it doesn't sound as mental as I first thought. I don't think either are suitable for the role, really. But I would like to see all three working together.

Bruce Greenwood would be a good choice as Frank imo and also even Daniel Craig slimmer and with dark hair
