Not a bad list although TMNT is a bit crap imo. Also never really gave wizards and warriors a chance, is it really good?
My top ten would be: (no particular order)
Megaman 2

Super Mario Bros.
Super Mario Bros. 3
Batman
Princess Tomatoe in the Salad Kingdom
Castlevania 3 (jap version had better music)
Vice: Project Doom
Metal Storm
Bionic Commando

Metal Gear on the NES is beyond woeful and the non-canon sequel Snakes Revenge isn't far off it either. Metal Gear and Solid Snake: Metal Gear 2 on the MSX are the real metal gear games and well worth playing.
