Train got my baby....

So forget dingo's.....the latest threat to babies in Australia would seem to be trains......
    http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/world/asia_pacific/10161984.stm
A 15-month-old baby escaped with just cuts and bruises after being hit by a train when his pushchair rolled off a station platform.
CCTV footage shows the buggy, at the top of the picture, rolling onto the track as the train arrives at Melbourne's Tooronga station.
    .......

Now I know what you're thinking....didn't I hear this before somewhere. Well yes you did. Apparnelty it happened last year too:
    http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/8311289.stm

Well i dunno the videos look very similar but from different angles to me....but assuming they're legit. So.....

What are we going to do to help our Australian cousins to save their babies from marauding wild trains ???? Why are trains turning suddenly on their masters ? Is this the start of a train revolution ? Should buggy drivers be required to pass an "I'm awake" test before taking out a tot in a buggy ? Why do Austrlaians slope their platforms towards the track ?

Don't leave your baby out of sight lest a train sneaks up and rams them. Trains can typically be spotted approaching by their large appearance and high speed. The lessor spotted diesel train's give away is its extremely noisy high torque diesel engine and dirty fumes. More stealthy electric trains can be felt coming by a faint rumbling sensation transmitted from the ground to the feet, althou this may be the result of Icelandic volcanoes out to get Richard Branson. Curiously trains only follow metal tracks on placed on the ground.

    The core message is:
    Be safe, be aware.

I'm as outraged as you, I can't believe they would put up such a sick video. The image of the train making contact with the guy is burned into my brain :(

I thought I had the sound muted on my computer, until the heavy metal tune kicked in at full blast - frightened the sh*te outta me!
