Crewcab Declerations

I know a lot of places around the country have a crewcab decleration when taxing crewcabs for the first time. I can find information from louth, wexford, donegal etc.... but no info from kildare, dublin or wicklow, Is there a crewcab decleration for those counties ? and if so do any of them have a form that doesnt use PPSN…

I can find information from louth, wexford, donegal etc.... but no info from kildare, dublin or wicklow, Is there a crewcab decleration for those counties ? and if so do any of them have a form that doesnt use PPSN numbers, 95% of the time I will be using my crewcab for business, but I use lads on invoice not employees so I cant fill in PPSN numbers as were all sole traders
