Without even looking, I say SCAM!

All unsecured payment methods, their web site is not a top-level domain, it's a sub-domain, and the fact that you have to ask means there's obviously something not right.

Having taken a quick glance at the front page, it's definitely a scam.

A good starting point is always to Google the address. In this case, it's a hospital.
