Worrying too much about my health

Hey people, long time boardsie, first post here. Need a bit of advice if possible...

I'm male and 23. I have always generally had very good health, never had any issues regarding my body.

The last 6 months has felt like hell to me though. At first, I developed a rash on the underside of my arm. Grand, went to the doctors, got some treatment for it. It never has fully gone away, and it's getting more irritable unfortunately. I've been to the doctor and she prescribed me a tougher cream, but to no avail.

3 months ago I developed what the doctor said was jock itch on my penis. Thing is, I don't tend to sweat too much down there or whatever. I always shower every day, change towels and such. Anyways she prescribed me anti-fungal cream. I thought it went away, but I kept using the cream just in case. The rash has all but gone now but I got severely irritated when I stopped using it.

And now on top of that, I developed a rash on the back of neck that hasnt gone after 3 months of some strong protopic cream.

I trust my doctor 100%, because she's treated my mum and dad very well. But all this on top of each other worries me to a point when I can barely sleep anymore. Nothing seems to be going away, I'm due to leave the country in a few months too. The last thing I want is to leave with all these problems coming with me. What can I do?

Maybe you could go and see a dermatologist? With rashes like that developing it might need someone a bit more specialised.....even just a different opinion. Maybe you're allergic to a particular type of food/washing powder/shampoo etc, and you don't realise it.

Are you in regular contact with horses/pets etc

Fungal infections can come from them, so they could be re-infecting you.

The jock itch one (same fungi as Athletes foot) is very, very common. You shouldn't lose sleep about it.

If you are going to a sunny/warmer place that alone might help immansely as fungal infections thrive in dark/humid places on the body!
