I'm thinking about getting a Chevy Kalos and was wondering if anyone here had driven/owned one?

Been offered an 05 at very good money and my current car is very much on its last legs:pac: I'm not expecting a great car or anything, just some cheap motoring.

Depends on whats good money, like in fairness 2 grand would be loads for a good one. How much are you being asked?

Ah yeah , thats good enough money for one. They're not great cars but at that price you should get your money back after a years driving :)

Just make sure that the timing belt was done ( 45,000 miles max ) and check for a blown head gasket ( known problem with them ) Easiest way to check for this is look for oil and water mixing either in the coolant bottle or on the oil filler cap. ;)
