    Hey guys ,the Irish Lichingwu Association will be holding a seminar on july 17th in leisurepoint finglas at 2pm it will be hosted by Ryan mcDermott ,a USKBA middleweight champion and fighter ,coach from Redline fightsports in Boston (formerly known as Boston Sanda ),he will be teaching skills on sanshou and k1 fighting styles all are welcome cost is 20 euro i am taking bookings so drop me a line .

    thanks paul it should be a great time he comes from the same school as jason yee and marvin perry ,and is a real nice guy, hope all is well ,looking forward to catching up regards to the school.
