I have very brittle ends and as a result they snap out everytime i straighten it so its sooo hard to grow long. Would this fix my problem
get brittle ends cut off completly
    stop straightening hair after cutting

if i cut the ends my hair will be shoulder length all round so how long on averge will it take to get to bra strap level?? :D:D

Cut off the dry ends and stop straightening your hair and it'll love you for it. I have delicate hair and never use any heated applicances except the dryer since I noticed the terrible state of the ends. Its vastly improved since.

Everyones hair grows at different rates and it grows faster in the summer too. It would take mine the best part of a year to go from on the shoulder to bra strap, with a regular trim of the ends.

I would suggest cut off the damaged ends and do not use the Straighter on it afterwards. My hair is fast growing (my hairdressers is always shocked at how fast it grows) and would only take a few months to grow that long.

I would def go shoulder length - I love Cheryl TWEEDY's new length much fresher, would you try a 12 week blowdry then maybe, no need for straightening then.

Definately stop straightening it before it goes completely straw-like.

I'd say, get it trimmed and then start using a really excellent conditioning treatment every now and again to heal it.

I recommend H'Suan Wen Hua from Lush- http://lush.co.uk/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=435&option=com_virtuemart&category_id=514

Free of any chemical junk, and great for when your hair needs some serious TLC.

    Good luck :)

The only way to fix split or damaged ends is to cut them. Once cut and the ends are healthy, STOP straightening it! It's the heat thats doing the damage. Get a good cut that suits your hair and face and wear it naturally for a while.

if you buy a good serum for your hair and apply it to the ends they will look alive and healthy. I recommend Liquidi Cristali by Alfaparf - about 17€ in a hairdressing salon, lasts for ages and makes hair shine. Use it before and after straightening result is fabulous
