where can I spend a 1 pound(UK) coin in Dublin?

    I reckon I'll get more responses here than the Dublin city forum. Are there shops that take sterling or does it have to be notes?

    Im broke till tomorrow and need some sauce for my pasta!

    Central bank? Probably not :P

    Glue it to the ground on Talbot street, you will have hours and hours of fun watching people try picking it up, even if it is sterling :P
