Don't mean to rub noses, but i secured a full time/permanent job with a very stable company after been on the scrap heap for the last 12 months. Thing's were getting serious regards funds, I.E bank (mortgage), credit union, ESB, Gas, Chorus among others on my back almost every day. As i was out of work all my insurance policies had ran out and had stopped servicing any loans i had outstanding. The dole had stopped paying me about 4 weeks ago and said it would be another 4 weeks before my claim would be processed. They told me to go to the Health board if i needed funds to survive. I wasn't going to go down that road. Then this came along, all happened in a flash application, interview, offer all within two weeks. Waiting for some finishing work on the new premises but once that's done it's head down and start earning again. I was sailing close to the edge there for a while things did not look promising but there's light at the end of the tunnel. Stick with it lads if you're in the same situation just keep at it.
Sorry paragraph's are not my strong point.

Congrats on the job, thats a fantastic attitude to have, going into an interview and selling yourself completely, i know from experience that some people out on the market lthat are unemployes are still coming into interviews with terrible interviewing skills.

    Brilliant! Well done.

My brother has just had the same fortune, and I'm so relieved, so I can only imagine how chuffed you are.

    Best of luck with it.
