Export outlook appointment info and location to excel or word

    Hello everybody,

    Is there is a way to export the appointments information and location (Meeting requests) to excel or to a wrod file?

    (The most important things are the timings and the reserved resources)

    Please decribe in details

    Can you just copy and paste the text?

    Highlight the text holding the left mouse button.
    Right click on the highlighted text and select copy.

    Open an Excel sheet and right click and select paste.

    You can also "paste special" to remove formatting etc but I forget where they've hidden that in 2007.

    Thanks for your post.

    But, I am looking for something to export automatically to an intranet.

    I want to publish the calendar on the intranet. What is the best way?

    The user will find the calendar and reserved timings and when it is vacant. How can I do this?or if there is an application is already there, so I can use it?

    Can't you just sync that information with Outlook with other users?

    This should be possible.
    With Outlook 2007 the following works.
    Switch to Calendar View.
    Select File (Top left corner)
    Then
    Import and Export
    Then
    Export to a file
    Select file type (Excel is one of the options)


    You should end up with a file with the headings across the top with each meeting
    listed in rows.
