I have ordered some assembly grease from CRC, but need to put some bits together tonight. Have noticed a tub of this at work. It'd do just as well right?

It depends where you are putting it. When you say assembly grease do you mean for bolts, pedals and drivetrain or do you mean for carbon on carbon/aluminium contact points like seatposts, stems, bars, etc.? If it's the latter then get the Tacx carbon assembly grease, if it's the former then yeah it's lithium grease so it's a-ok!

Thanks Dirk, no carbon involved so I'll nick the carlube for the night. This is the stuff I've ordered: Anti-Seize

I use white lithium grease on just about everything, seems to do the job fine.
