Ireland's second fastest man, and paralympic gold medallist from Beijing 2008, added the World cup gold to his achievements in England today. He's reduced his personal best to 10.41 this year, and is reaping the benefits of training with the second fastest man in history, Tyson Gay.

He's already qualified for the European Senior Championships in Barcelona this summer (10.45 standard), and should line up beside Paul Hession and others in the relay too.

There's a long season ahead, so 10.3x should be on the cards next.
