Believe it or not, here we are boys and girls...

In Season 1 Episode 17 Hurley is listening to Damien Rice's song Delicate before his discman conks out. Great scenes leading up to it especially Sun throwing off the towel.

In Season 2 Flann O'Brien's The Third Policeman was used extensively especially in the first 2 episodes. It also provided the main idea for Season 5. Lost writer Craig Wright is a big fan of O'Brien and deliberatley inserted it.

Overall one of the best shows I have ever seen if not the best.

Terry O'Quinn - gotta have some Irish roots.

    Numbers came up in the Irish Lottery in 2005 (almost) - 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 24

Some theories say that the Island is the lost empire of Atlantis.
Ulf Erlingsson reckons Ireland is the lost empire of Atlantis.

Charlie's brother Liam has an Irish name and accent - maybe they were born in Ireland and moved to England at a young age but Liam being the elder kept his accent while Charlie was so young that he gained an English accent.
Dominic Monaghan is from Irish descent.

Desmond means "from Munster" in Irish (deasmún)

Here is proof that Jacob did not actually die but got off the island and opened a bar in Baltimore, Co Cork!

He is indeed Irish, was born Terry Quinn but changed it to O'Quinn because another actor had the same name as him.

Jeff Fahey who plays our favourite swashbuckling superhero Lapidus is Irish too.

In what part of Ireland to people say 'baaaaybay bruthuh' in a nasal Manc whine?
