FYI, green lasers are illegal to own in Ireland.

tbh they probably wouldn't, but a lot of site owners (and players) will call you out on it.

I don't play at any sites so it'd be fine. It's really just for me.. But if icould find a tidy lookin laser sight to fit the Usp I'd probably go for it. What type of rail is on the Usp anyways? Is there a name for it?

so i've come to the conclusion the usp has a 20mm picatinny or weaver rail.. is this right? i was under the impression the usp has a different rail to most pistols

It does as do the real things. You need to get a 20mm rail adapter to put anything on it other than the HK UTL that used to be on the market a long time ago.

All USPs and Mk23s have a HK proprietary rail system that's not standard with anything other than HK designed accessories made just for their pistols.

That one in your first post for £15 is as cheap as you're going to get as far as I can see for now at least. It's the same price in fire-support and the they don't rip you off like wolf do.

I got a pair of VFC made rails for the USP.45 and compact for about €40 each a few years ago and they are still that price now. The real steel Sure Fire versions are $100, so there you go.

There might be some ACM rails around now for the USP now that there are ACM KSC/KWA USP clones on the market.
