    Do supermarkets in Ireland sell any readymade orange flavour cake mix, like betty crocker?

    Not sure, seen a lemon cake mix in Aldi.

    But you could get a plain one and just grate some orange zest into it or you can get orange essence/oil in Tesco it's pretty strong so you only need a couple of drops.

    I use an all in one recipe for sponge cake it takes no time to mix, with ready made mixes you have to mix in an egg anyway it's just as easy and so much nicer.
