I'm working on mine at the moment.

Some juicy bets for those who like their value. Should be live on my blog within the next few days and I'll post the link here for anyone interested.

I also do a preview mostly likely post on olbg.co.uk, presure is on for me had spain 2years ago at 8/1-6/1 price range, and italy 4yrs ago at 10/1, although i did spilt my profit in the final either way. If anyone wishes to contact me to discuss their opinions for their own previews feel free pm me, i feel a 2nd opinion always helps with my previews.

10 times rollover on the bonus is a bit steep from Titan Bet.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 522 ✭✭✭ValueSeeker

Yeah, not bad if you're a Titan Bet regular though.

I'll have an article done by the end of the weekend with some selections and I'll post it up here.

Pretty happy with my one early bet (In the top scorer thread) of having RVP @ 40/1 to be top scorer. Has been cut to 16's in places now. All the value is gone now, 16's is way too skinny.

Nice, I was a little late and best I could get was 33's. If he stays injury free, I fancy him big time for at least a place.

I don't think you should post this stuff on here. I know for a fact that you are writing it. It is rubbish and spam on behalf of the bookmaker.

    okley doke

your a happy chappy, every post you make seems to be a snide dig at someone so i won't take your abuse to heart, try to mellow out man

Yeah, I wonder how much he gets paid for his tips. And no matter what the outcome he'll come out with some guff about having laid off for a tidy profit. Best after-timer ever, Dunphy.

I think there would be a few on here that would challenge him!

Racing Post have their WC preview on sale today.

btw- wouldn't it be good to have a sub forum specifically for the World Cup?

Be good alright but a bit late, No?

Racing post pullout is very good by the way

Might be a bit late but maybe not.
I'd imagine there'll be a lot of tips once group games are over, a lot of discussions closer to certain games etc (Brazil vs Portugal)

Was having a look at PP today and unless this accumulator is impossible (Argentina group B and Spain are Group H) based on Spain meeting Argentina in the final:

Top Goalscorer Diego Milito 28/1 (Is he featuring up front with Messi at the moment)?

Player of Tourn Iniesta 40/1 (I guess if Milito is top scorer it's likely he could get player of tournament, but did'nt Xavi get the gong last time out? So it is possible for a midfielder to get it?)

Highest scoring team Argentina 6/1 (If Milito is top goalscorer and with Messi, Tevez and Aguero up front, this could be achievable)?

Ref to officiate final Howard Webb 16/1 (I can't recall the last British ref to be involved in final and may soften the blow of FIFA's 'probable' decision not to award WC2018 to ENG?)

    Any thoughts?

Milito probably won't start and bets 1 and 3 are related bets.

My daily betting preview/tips will be on Paddy Power on each matchday.

Will be a mixture of some interesting statistical bets, correct score & sneaky bets.

Will post a link on Friday to anyone who may be interested.

Will be keeping a log also so everything I post up will be what I believe the outcome to be.

    No.

Just write weekly golf, rugby & gaa articles for them.

Bit of a pastime I have. I don't get paid very much for it nor do I expect to. I just enjoy being able to express my opinions in writing.

Have a few juicy looking bets in match 1.

Betting Tips now available on Paddy Power for anyone interested

Will be covering a lot of the matches in the group stage.

Hopefully can come out on top profit wise.

Good luck to everyone else over the course of the next month. Some interesting bets out there and some nice prices scattered around the firms.

Agree with nearly all your bets, except im going to be laying south africa rather then backing mexico, this is mainly because im going to see if i can make money on the world cup laying teams rather then backing them, will be backing to though if i feel its a strong bet:pac:

Nice bets IT, I strongly fancy Mexico and have gone heavy on -1 @ 5/1. Salcido looks a great value bet, was very impressive against England and Italy and looks very dangerous.

    Yep, plays with PSV.

After the last World Cup, Arsenal were 99% certain to sign him but it fell through.

Doesn't net many goals to be fair but doesn't half attempt to. Fierce shot on him.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 522 ✭✭✭ValueSeeker

Yeah good shout. After watching him against England and shooting from all angles with a ball like this, deffo worth a punt to score anytime @ 16's.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,242 ✭✭✭In_tuition

    Plenty more up there now.

If anyone reads any of them, would be grateful to let me know what you think.

Don't think all will agree with some selections but it's all about opinions at the end of the day!

    Cheers.

Looks like Arjen Robben could be a starter after all for the Dutch which changes things around in their favour.
