The Oaks, Rathnew - Question about the area

I was just hoping to find any opinions on this area of Rathnew / Wicklow.
Myself and the OH have been looking at houses around there and have noticed a few that are up in this estate and it looks lovely. We have visited it at several different times and never noticed any problems or issues around the estate.
Of course, when you're not from there, it's hard to know for certain and was hoping for any locals to assuage any concerns I may have about jumping into a place I know little about.
Is the area as nice as it looks and have you heard of many problems around there? Or should I stop thinking of the worst case scenario
