there was a steel wire fence and bushes that all died there before,
they were all removed. the outer line of the wall is the start of my boundary.

am i right in saying that if the wall is inside the boundry of the property
then i can build it without gaining permission?

    thanks

yes, as long as you stick to the conditions outlined above AND your satisfied that you can prove the wall lies within your property

Only if you are under 2m, above this requires permission, regardless of where it is
