Booking flights with BA, should I be worried?

I'm looking to book flights to LA on june 24. The cheapest I've come up with is with British Airways.
But I'm just thinking that it might be a little risky booking with them because of the strike action at the moment. The current strike is due to end on June 9th or something but I'd be concerned that it could go on a bit longer.

    Should I take the risk?

Only you can answer that. Is it worth the saving for you to possibly end up badly delayed or rerouted?

I personally wouldn't book with them at the moment until this strike threat calms down. I think it would be worth it for you to pay the extra for peace of mind. Also with BA, they fly via Heathrow, that's a lot of distance added onto an already very long trip. I flew that way to Orlando last year and found it so long, wouldn't do it again unless it was saving me a HELL of a lot of money. Have you priced Continental? Their prices are quite good at the moment.
