    Hello Lads & Lassies,

Not sure if this is the right place for this. I was wondering what the easiest was way for a non tech minded person to get a 2 min clip that is recorded on sky+ on to a pc? The story is a gang of us were at the races on friday and managed to get interviewed on attheraces and I'd like to get it from the sky+ box onto the internet. Any help greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Kellier

If you've a TV tuner card with a suitable input, you can output the Sky+ output to that and capture it.

I am of course going to assume that you are only going to do this for your own personal use and in no way intend to violate the copyright of British Sky Broadcasting plc.

Or use SCART to composite lead and composite or composite to S-Video in on video capture device/USB dongle/video port on tuner. Switch Sky+ from RGB to Composite in setup.

Or use a suitable older Digital Camera with a Video In and firewire out (Some Sony 8mm digital cameras can be video bridge).

Or point phone at TV screen :)
