Gmail account has been Disabled??

    just a couple of mins ago i tryed to log in to Gmail to look at my emails when this comes up... " Account temporarily disabled" They said they will send me a Verification code by text so i done that i got the code number but what do i do now? And i havent done anything bad to my account no that will break the rules nothing at all i was just gonna log into check my email thats all please help! i want to know why is it like this!

    It means that someone has been trying to access your account and either used up all the password attempts (normally blocks other attempts for a period usually 15 minutes) or they requested a new password which was sent to your alternative email address, along with a verification code to your phone. Log in and pick a new password.

    Did you use any non-secure pcs today like in an internet cafe?

    No i didnt I Dont FU***** Belive this this is rediclious omg when i get acsess that password is gonna be changed ASAP!

    I replied to one of those spam mass emails telling people to scan there computers.

    it didn't go well and had my account disabled.
