Its a Circuit Court decision so it'll be appealed, but I have a hunch that if it comes before the right judge in the High Court the decision might be the same. I get the feeling that there's an anti-bank sentiment on the bench waiting for a good case to let loose.

and according to the solicitor theres at least another 50 clients who were waiting for the outcome of this ....so you can expect this verdict to open the doors on a number of similar cases.

they were not in court for the judgement - according to sources they went away for a holiday - to avoid the media....they didnt enjoy being photographed entering and leaving the courts.

Ps. that verdict was last week !!!

Save for the newspaper, no. Circuit Court cases rarely are, as you'll probably know already.
