I'm looking for a laptop. It will be mostly used for word and excel documents and email, nothing too hectic. I'll surf on line and watch youtube video's etc.It will be a business expense.

I really don't want to buy anything that I won't fully us or appreciate.

    Any suggestions please? :)

    Dell Business tbh.

Would always have recommended Dell in the past but some bad experiences with their customer support led me to switch brands. I'm currently using a Toshiba and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Very helpful and co-operative customer support. A number of posts in the best/worst customer experience thread testify to Toshibas good name.

    Anyway, my 2c http://ie.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/generic/satellite-pro-l450-laptops/

There's plenty to choose from on the lower-end laptops for e-mail and web-browsing and prices are fantastic.

    CSR is CSR.

Golden Question I just learned on Consumerist though: ask your CSR, "What would you do in my situation?"

Dell has to be ordered direct from their website. But they have Next Business Day delivery so you can definitely have it by the weekend.
