    Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend counselling for anger issues in Dublin please?

I've seen Access in Crumlin and they do a lot of 'group courses', not sure if this will work for me. Has anyone been to counselling in Access and know if they are good?

Basically, my OH and myself are having problems when we fight over little things, we just don't seem to be able to resolve them properly. My OH won't stop going on and on trying to make her point which then leads me to losing the cool and becoming very angry and can't cool down, to the point where I feel I need to intimidate her into stopping talking.

We are unsure whether I should go to anger management to help me keep things in perspective or to attend couples counselling to work out our problems together.

    Any advice on much appreciated.

    Hi,

Your GP should be the first port of call for everything medically related. He/she will then refer you to a specialist who could treat you better, or else he/she will treat you him/herself.

    Hi,
Thanks for your reply but it's not a medical related issue, so my GP wouldn't be appropriate for this situation.

Your GP will have a list of professionals that they can recommend to you.
