Logitech Squeezebox Boom Repair

Anyone know where in Ireland I can get my Squeezebox Boom repaired ?

I bought it under a year ago on ebay, brand new in box, & the display screen now shows no lights whatsoever. Power is going in, as the white buttons do continue to have their backlights, but the main green display has died.

I have tried resetting as advised by Logitech but no joy, & Logitech tell me that 'ebay is not a recognised seller' so they will not honour the warranty. Ebay seller won't co-operate & provide original invoice (lesson learnt), so now I would like to see if a paid repair is possible.

    Help appreciated

Please note my OP. I have spoken to Logitech & my experience is different to yours. I did also ring Logitech's Cork factory but they just game me the customer service number in a far off place to be told the same story.

Anyone know where this can be repaired in Ireland ?

Sorry mate, must of missed that last night . That's unfortunate because they have been so helpful with me. keep trying the seller/paypal? I can't offer anymore info unfortunately, but if you do find out if you can get it repaired will you please post the results?

My control panel in my Logitech Z-5500's died after a few months and they replaced it with a brand new set of speakers so if I can get the panel fixed I have asecond set of speakers :D
