    We don't give/do legal advice.

A solicitor can assist you. As the builder left the window supplier short, this is not [immediately] a bar to your claim, depending on where the amount arises that is due and owing to the window supplier.

was not looking for advice, more of a mild rant. I am going to speak with solicitor tomorrow. Thanks

Good. I had written a longer post and cut it. This is a detail issue and the solicitor is going to have to advise you. To try shorten things, might be useful to bring any invoices or contracts with you.

how long did you have the window installed, has it caused any problems thus far, as if you have it in a few yrs without problems, well then you may not have any to get upset about
    when you say expensive
what was the cost of window
