Had been waiting for this to drop in price again and just saw on HUKD that it has:) Its now £54.50 on Amazon which works out at €66.34 delivered (according to the Greasemonkey script)

Prefer the older model of it; pity they're not manufacturing them any more. Good drives though.

Looks nicer, easier to stack and maybe better protected from a fall.

    Old model vs. new:

I have a 500gb older model and a 1.5tb newer model. The older one feels sturdier but the newer one looks nicer.

I have mine sitting under my tv and it never moves so I prefer the nicer looking new model.

I have one - got from Amazon a couple of weeks ago - dead on - absolutely quiet, seems fast, neat little power supply (just wall-plug, no brick).
Is the bare bones system - you need the MyBook ones if you want flickering blue lights and backup software.
Was very tempted by the sexy looking Hitachi 1TB on Amazon - but eventually decide to save the €10+
