    Hi

Im looking into applying for a WHV. Does any know what the costs are? I have looked on the usit site and it say €419

Is that the only option or can I apply my self?

    thanks

Apply via the Aussie gov website for it, think twas roundabouts 100 euro.

BTW two people have told me now that UK citizens applying this year get an automatic 2 year WHV without the need to do slave labour/ lie about it for 3 months ( or farmwork as this exploitation is otherwise known). Is this true, and does it apply to Irish?

Maybe this is Rumor of the month like the canceling of WHV for Germans http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=65282738&postcount=1

I really enjoy reading some of the posts on here, keeps me entertained in a silly sort of way.

Its not true. 90% of "changes" are made up.
The germans, the restriction of WHVs (this rumour happens every year or so) etc
