Lost Wallet - Steps to take

    Left my wallet in back of cab.

    Have already canceled my credit and ATM card
    Also in there were Driving Licence, PPS number card thingy, vhi card, european health card.

    Will try carriage office monday, but worried all that info might lend itself to identity fraud etc so wondering are they're any other steps i should take to protect myself ?

    Why do you carry all that in your wallet? My friends do it and it always amazes me. A ID theft and Social Engineer's dream.

    Inform the Gardai you lost it and all the relevant companies. Very litttle you can do however as your PPS number is for life, as I would imagine is your Driver number.
