What is the name of the splitter that I need to put in the attic to allow me have full functionality of the SKY + system. They wanted to drill through the wall of the house and as it is a timber frame structure didn't want to take any chances.

The engineers wanted €100 for this splitter and I can't remember the name of the damn thing. Just felt €100 was steep.

    Would welcome any help.

The splitter you are referring to is called a stacker/destacker, personally if the cable run outside is tidy and can be hidden Id let them drill through the wall well before using a stacker unit as it is more reliable.

Thats it! If we allow anyone drill through the outer wall, we invalidate our "HOMEBOND" guarantee for the structure of the house as it is timber frame!!.

Thank you so for the help.
