Want to disable email notifications generated when users reply to a thread.....

    Hope this is in the right spot.

    Can I disable the email alerts that are generated every time someone replies to a thread I have posted in?

    I seem to become auto 'subscribed' to threads by virtue of just posting in them, hence the alerts...?

    Cant see anything in the FAQ's.....

    Any assistance appreciated :) Mailbox is constantly full.
