Well lads. Any one know what one should pay for a 91 Corrado in dirty condition outside(grime and green kinda mildue build up from lack of use),generally good paintwork, tidy inside and the owner claims its mechanically good.not tested either. Im interested in it but the owner has put a crazy price on it.any advise from a corado enthusiast would be appreciated.Cheers

well you can get one in great condition for 1500 so no more than 500 id say depending on how bad it is....

They seemed to have held their value - I sold mine in 2000 for 2.5k (punts)

    Great car though.

I know of someone selling one that seems to be in excellent condition for €1500. PM me if interested and I can get their number. It's a friend of a friend so I don't know specific details.
For that other car you inquired about, it depends on how much you were prepared to pay against what both myself and "mink_man" said you'd get a good one for.

    If it's 2.0 16v I wouldn't pay more than €1500 even for a minter
If it's a G60 or VR6 model then they go for €4000+ depending on condition and spec.
Beware of a worn supercharger on the G60 models as they are expensive to replace and are a common failing.
Wiring looms on all models in the engine bay have caused fires because they are not protected by a plastic conduit and wear through by rubbing annd chaffing so a lot of owners have wrapped all loose wiring together with insulating tape(smart move).
They have an automatic rear spoiler that rises at 60mph and these are a common failing too and expensive to repair.
Rear arches tend to rot through but are easy to repair.
Other than that there in no major issues and all mechanical parts are straight from VAG parts bin

I'd say ye forgot to add the scene tax there lads. Very few Corrados advertised at less than 3K these days.
