size of drill bit

    What size drill bit should be used to drill for a grey coloured plastic plug? No info on the plug except R150 TAG 09 . Does that mean anything re size?
    edit Tried a 8 and 9 mm both too big, trial and error i guess

    cut one of the plugs in half. then with a tape measure the diameter.
