age gap?

hi jst wondering is 20 to 17 a big age gap? i stayed back a bit in school when i was younger so im pretty old to be in 6th year. thing is there is this girl i like who is in 5th yr and is 17, we have same group of friends and all but would it be creepy to be with her?
