I'm trying to install a piece of software on my mac - its a DJ program called Traktor Pro. I have a .mpkg file and when I double click it, it walks me through the process of installing, it goes "preparing installation" then "preparing the disk" and then give me an error. I'm trying to install a piece of software on my mac - its a DJ program called Traktor Pro. I have a .mpkg file and when I double click it, it walks me through the process of installing, it goes "preparing installation" then "preparing the disk" and then give me an error. It says:

Install failed. The following install step failed: run preflight script for Traktor Factory Content.

I searched on the forums and someone suggest "try to unpack the file with the original apple unpack-software, not with a third party unpacker-software" - I don't know what this means, can anyone explain please?
