Where to get 100% plastic cards at cheap prices?

    I bought a Dal Negro 100% pvc deck a while ago for 5 euro. A bargain I thought and I am now looking to get a few decks. But I was just wondering is there any other option than to fork out 15euro for two decks of cards? .. I'm looking to buy at least 10 decks. Hence why i am wondering if there is alternatives :)
