    Well, ratebeer.com gives it a score of 2.45 out of 5 (admittedly pretty meaningless as the beer is rated by Americans :-)

    No-one has complained of it being a ringstinger, which is the chief complaint regarding these supermarket beers... so probably worth a try.

    i wouldn't refuse a bottle of wolters and 24 for that price is good value.

    not so strong in alcohol either so you can drink a few more of them without getting too merry :)

    actually quite nice.
    My local Spar used to 6 bottles for €5.
    About the only good deal they ever had in there.

    Used to drink this when I was in Brunsweig in Germany - thought it was lovely stuff, perfect for sunny days. Never seen it on sale around Dublin :(

    Same here.It's the local beer for that city and I always thought it was really nice.I only drank it from the tap though.Do all Supervalu stores stock it?

    its also available in Spar outlets..

    the Eurospar on ballymun rd and the Spar on Drumcondra Rd both sell it anyway.
